Q: How can I pay my bill? A: You can do one of several things to pay your bill. 1) Mail the bill directly to at&t in the envelope provided. 2) Pay over the phone with a check or credit card. 3) Pay online at www.wireless.att.com 4) Pay in the store with a check or credit card.
Q: When can I upgrade my phone? A: It depends on the length of your contract. On a 1 year contract, you are normally eligible for an upgrade after completing the full contract. On a 2 year contract, you are normally eligible for an upgrade after 18 months.
Q: If I terminate my service before the contract period is up, what is the termination fee? A: at&t Wireless will charge a $175.00 early termination fee.
Q: If I find I am going over my minutes, can I change my rate plan? A: at&t allows you to change your rate plan at any time without extending your contract period and without a charge. at&t does require that you wait until the beginning of the next billing cycle to put the change into effect.
Q: What extra features come with my plan? A: All rate plans come with voicemail, nationwide long distance, no roaming fees, caller ID, call waiting and call forwarding. Some features incur extra charges and may not work in all areas. |
